N1 Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator for Unique Data Systems in the Sault Ste Marie area. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound service calls, representing our company with exceptional customer service and professionalism. In collaboration with the Inside Sales Manager, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting our IT Department and providing outstanding service to both our new and existing clients.

In the role of Customer Service Administrator, your key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare hardware quotes for existing clients based on their requirements.
  • Provide productive solutions for clients.
  • Maintain current and new contracts and licenses.
  • Assist in compiling quotes based on requirements.
  • Process orders with various vendors for internal use as well as for sales reps.
  • Receive and prepare customer orders.
  • Schedule technicians for service calls.
  • Accounts receivable duties, which include batching bi-weekly invoices to all clients.
  • Communicate commitments and consistently meet or exceed them.
  • Other related duties as defined by Inside Sales Manager.


  • Post Secondary education in Business Administration or related experience an asset
  • Ability to build strong relations and manage partnerships and client expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service and office administrative skills.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple varied projects at one time.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers.
  • experience with accounting software an asset

Customer Service

Strong service attitude and ethic builds lasting customer relationships. Experience in customer/business interface communication. The ability to support a customer in understanding our services and functions. Excellent interpersonal skills

Working conditions

This is an office-based role that may require some travel offsite.

Physical requirements

This position requires the ability to bend, reach, twist, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 KG. You will also be regularly required to operate a computer.
